The food provided was appetising! Our room was quiet and big, it had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. We really enjoyed almost every detail: prime location, very nice staff.

I loved the helpful staff who made me feel at home right from the check-in desk. The breakfast was scrumptious and there were so many options to choose from. I also enjoyed the hotel's strategic location, it was close to all the places I wanted to visit and easy to navigate around the city. The room was comfortable and well furnished, it felt like a home away from home.
The lack of WiFi in the room, which was very inconvenient for me as I was on a work trip. Although the lobby had WiFi, it was not the most ideal working environment.

The lack of WiFi in the room was inconvenient for a work visit and no compensation was offered. the room we were given faced a noisy entrance making it difficult to open the window.

the room was equipped with private facilities and the in-room breakfast was delicious.
The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of Wi-Fi in the room, which was essential for my work visit. Although I had to work in the lobby, everything else was so perfect that this small inconvenience did not affect my overall experience.
